I bought the pack of 4 large mouthguards to help with bruxism after the dentist made me aware of it recently. Initially, I was unsure of the sizing but eventually decided to get the large ones as I could always trim the end and the top if they proved to be too big. Following the instructions, I put one in a wide bowl, pour freshly boiled water to cover it, left for ~20s, lifted it with a fork, mould it on my upper teeth while pressing it around the teeth without biting, then dunk it in cold water for ~20s and it was all good to go. I wore it during my sleep and it stayed overnight without any problems. It had a silicon taste when I first used it though but after a night, the taste was gone. I rinsed it with water and soak it in Listerine when I am not using it during the day and it is ready to be used again at night. I have been using it for a week now and am happy with the product. It definitely prevents me from grinding my teeth while I'm asleep, isn't uncomfortable to wear and is so much cheaper than the dentist option. I have yet to find out how long it would last but I still have 3 spares!

In order to shape the product you must dip it in hot water - I found that it gets bendy/out of shape extremely fast but also dries & sets quickly. You don't have that much time to shape it and it's very easy to make a mistake and have it stick together (which means you can't use it anymore as it's impossible to unstick the plastic.Furthermore I found (maybe because it wasn't shaped tightly enough) that it felt very bulky in my mouth and made me salivate too much. It was impossible to sleep. I ended up giving up - better to find a more lightweight product.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is another company selling a dental product but with no certification or testing. There are some decent companies willing to take the steps to ensure their products are safe but this is sadly not one of them. Poorly made, leaves an aftertaste, a bad fit, all in all a complete waste of money. Amazon should properly vet companies and ensure they have certified safety certificates but they don’t and this is the result. If you are wearing something in your mouth overnight you should not risk something that hasn’t undergone rigorous testing. Utterly disappointed in this product and in amazon for allowing these type of companies on to their site.

These are decent, but I was surprised that they're meant to throw away after 7 nights of use.Still, they were easy to form to my teeth and while they aren't as pretty or durable as professional ones they're definitely less prohibitive on price. I got regular size and thought the sizing was good, as I've used some that were too big and loose before. These are much better.I'm entering this review before actually sleeping in them but they seem pretty standard and I suspect they'll work fine.

I read so many reviews on similar items of a similar price and finally bought these. So happy I did, they are easy to use and the instructions are perfect. The people complaining about how they are rubbish have obviously not read the instructions or left them in the hot water for too long. The first one I did was a single tray for my upper teeth, don't bite down (explained well in instructions) and use your tongue to push to roof of mouth and mould the outer bit by squishing around cheeks with your fingers. Moulded in one minute, left in cold water for two minutes after and the result is perfect. Then I moulded the double tray. With the double you have to bite down slightly and I had to leave in the hot water slightly longer than the single tray as I think it's a bit thicker. The first time moulding it, it didn't fit that comfortably ;I had bitten down wonky and not my natural bite. No problem... You can remould by repeating the process with boiling water. The second time round was easier and it now fits perfectly too. I still have a double tray and a single one to use in the future when these get old. There are another two single trays included in the pack but they are a little too small for my mouth. Great product would recommend, especially for the price!!

I bought these to help stop myself clenching my teeth while working from home (stress related unfortunately). Unfortunately fitting them is very difficult. It sounds easy enough but you have only seconds to fit the mouth guard on your teeth before it starts to harden and you can't manipulate it anymore. I ended up with a mouth guard that fits but isn't fitted so it falls out of my mouth. I tried again and must have left it in the water for too long as it completely melted and I was able to rip it in 2. Tried again and same result as the first time.Comes with 8 in the box but I'm already down to 5. Not a sustainable or cost effective product unfortunately.Regret buying, should have listened to the existing reviews. I'll keep wearing the first 1 as I'm only using it when I'm awake.

Thanks to Amazon delivery, met with my usual experience, package arived as promised. This is a repurchase I tried other products but I found runesol is a good quality and offered me decent experience i.e. ease of molding the mouth guard and using it daily, material is durable and keeps bruxism at bay. I use this bite splint on my lower jaw and use a thick plastic one on the upper jaw that my front teeth both from upper and lower jaw stay at distance. Hopefully developments in technology brings some products that will be immensely help solve the bruxism problem for the suffreres.

Nicht viel erwartet, aber angenehm überrascht. Die Schienen passen sich zwar nicht 100%ig an, aber es reicht vollkommen aus. Sie sitzen gut auf den Zähnen, lassen sich einfach durch schneiden anpassen und sind in meinen Augen sehr langlebig

Confezione che comprende anche una taglia un pò più piccola dell'enorme standard.Qualità, secondo me buona, dato che mi durano a lungo.
