Q: how come so many people mentioned the product they received is not like the picture?

Just received mine. They are exactly as shown in the pictures. However, the applicator shown in the video is curved, whereas the ones you will receive are flat with waves, like the ones pictured.

I use chemical guys vrp as well and yes, these are meant to be reused, for me they last about 8 months but it depends on how much you use them
