Looks good, fits well, thickness makes it hard to get in pants with small loops. But works fine on jeans and casual slacks.Buckle is strong.

The Executive leather belt is well made and should last for many years. The only issue is I have a size 34 waist and should be able to use a 36 belt but the 36 is too short I had to go up to a 38. So I recommend going up two sizes in the belt.

The belt seems really nice overall, but the look is a little more casual than what I think of as a "dress" belt and it's a little too thin to be a casual belt. I wear it for both and it looks ok and seems like it will hold up well I just feel like it always looks just a little out of place whether on a suit or jeans.
