Am glad that I discovered this, taking milk thistle every day helps me feel a lot more alive after nights out, and like I am just a bit healthier on the inside, especially after lots of fatty foods, and not having the best diet- I'll be keeping this in my supplementation cycle for the time being, unless I find something better for liver health.
