Vertx SOCP Sling Bag, Tumbleweed/Grizzly Shade

This little bag is great. I've always had full pockets and a belt packed with equipment.I carry a gun, medical supplies, TQ, light, pen, wallet, and key fob and was getting sick of trying to find room for all of this.In my bag:- Quick Clot Packing Gauze- Chest Seal x 2- Booboo kit- SOF-T Wide Tourniquet- Slim Metal Wallet- CRKT Pen- Streamlight Wedge- KeyfobWhat isn't in my bag:- gun- phoneOnly think I keep in my pockets now is my phone which I could insert into this bag if I wanted to. Note the bag is very full and requires me to sometimes pull things out to get to the bottom of the bag. This is only because I pack the thing full of medical supplies.One feature I don't find very helpful is the dump pouch. The pouch is only about 3-4 inches wide and 3-4 inches deep which is much smaller than the width of the bag itself. With that said I didn't buy it with that feature in mind.It's a definite buy for me if you find yourself wanting to keep medical supplies and tools on your person without cluttering your pockets.

This bag is a great bag and the quality is outstanding! The bag is a little small but I have the fanny pack coming so I am not to worried about it. This bag would be a perfect dump bag for the gym for running to the store. I can fit my keys, wallet, phone, and my knife easily but not much more than that. This is a great little bag and I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of bag.

This thing has good features and for me the size is perfect. Wallet, phone, keys kinda thing. Great when I’m out chasing my kids .

Fits everything that I need in a pinch while keeping the weight down. Phone, ear pods, charging cables, flashlight, knife, keys, passport. I can also carry my cc in it if I wanted too.

The bag as you might already know, is small. For me that’s ok because I wasn’t looking for something to carry anything else than what I would normally carry in my pockets. Overall the zippers, pockets, Cordura and Velcro are all premium Vertx quality. Obviously I had to send mine back when it arrived with mold looking stuff in the phone screen pocket and the phone screen pocket was ripped out. I hope the next one I order does not have this issue. From what I hear it’s the one part of this product that Vertx didn’t stay true to their typical quality

I am a big Vertx fan. I have 6 of their bags and use as least one every day. The idea behind this pack is great! The follow through is a little lackluster. My first issue is the phone pocket, mine came very very fuzzy. It was hard to read my phone through. I also felt their method for loosening and tightening the phone pocket took to long. My second issue is the SOCP dagger fits in a bit lose. I love that the pocket is there and that it’s accessible from the side. But it shifts a bit which made me miss my draw.Now, for the biggest issue. This is a small waste pack, that’s fine. They try to mitigate this by having an expandable bottom. The part that expands out sits in the main pocket and takes up at least 1/3 of the space in the main pocket. I hated it.If this bag had a clear phone pocket and they removed the expandable bottom that takes up a ton of room in the main pocket I would buy it again.It does have the typical vertx quality which is amazing. I’m hoping they do a 2.0 so I can give it another try.

I love the utility built into this small sling bag! Several pockets for storage and handy!

Everything about this functionality wise is awesome how ever the craftsmanship is crappy in the clear plastic area as you can see from the pic it broke in the first 3 min of using it. Manage you expectations when purchasing
