Ordered the Pom charm 8/17/23 and it delivered 8/23/23....I paid extra for sterling silver so I could wear it on my sterling silver chain all the time (along with my longer chain that holds an actual paw print image from my previous Pom), even in the shower! So far so good and really cute....a little hard to read unless you get super close but at least the dog/Pom picture along with her name is on there and centered!
