Best book ever
Genre - Non-fictionPages - 212The Art Of Talking To Yourself is not your regular self-help guide, telling you to do something, change, or give tips and tricks that will instantly make you fall in love with yourself. No. This book has multiple deep levels that help you to improve your reaction with yourself with the inner conversation, but also understand and know yourself more with self-awareness. This mix of self-awareness with inner conversation can take you to high levels of peace, calmness, and love for yourself. The way the author has described human beings, the way we work, function, what we can be, who we already are - all of it validates the title, as the book teaches us the art of talking to ourselves. The language is easy to read, but not very simple. There are complex concepts explained, resulting to a complex writing style. However, there is an ample amount of metaphors and analogies that simplify every concept, making it easier for the reader to understand the author. The only way to check the intensity and importance of the content is to read it. It cannot be explained in words. The content relates to every reader differently. The content is a lifetime process, but the practice will make you bloom and shine.I loved this book. If you are someone like me, who is constantly trying to understand yourself, love yourself, make peace with yourself, and become limitless, this is your book.

This book really delivers like no other self help book because after working with the information presented for a few months now there is a shift that has occurred in me that hadn't occurred in working with therapists and lots of other books and information on how to raise your self esteem or create self compassion. I am kind and loving to myself, with much less negative self talk. I have a different relationship to self. Some of the information is very affirming if you have been on an awareness journey for many years from being in a lot of emotional pain, depression, and/or anxiety. A life changing chapter, that I initially skipped because it is quite long and the information dense, is "The Great Balancing Act." Read that chapter a few times and work with the concept presented! I believe Vironika Tugaleva is an awakening master similar to Eckhart Tolle, and the information she shares of the same value as "The Power of Now."

Highly recommend this for truth seekers!
I often highlight the parts of books that I will refer back to, parts I know will benefit me in the future. My first highlighter ran out of ink... It was new!!!This is my most highlighted book and this is for a lot of reasons. The information is gold, Vironika's personality shines through beautifully, her style of writing flows naturally. She is real, her pain is real. As a writer she is very relatable, funny and has a way of helping you connect the many dots in your mind.I usually struggle to engage and connect with books, but I found myself unable to put this down, sometimes for hours at a time. (I'm a slow reader and like to reflect)I will take a lot away from this and I will certainly return to it on my endless path of self awareness. I will also highly recommend this to others. Thanks for a beautiful book Vironika 😊

It's like a permission slip
I bought this book a year & a half ago. It sat on my shelf, unread, waiting for the time my inner urge would pull us together, & pull us together it did!! It was like my permission slip to be all the screwed up, not uniform, non static self I always knew I was. Conformity has NEVER been a strong suit of mine. I found myself hating myself for not being as "static" in personality, desires & everything else many pride themselves on. I thought something was wrong with me for having so many paradoxes & no straight path. Now, with the help of Vironika Tugaleva, I understand I was never meant to polarize, but unite the paradoxes within.A MUST read for anyone struggling with conflicting thoughts, ideas &/or emotions.

Some great takeaways but very intense
There is admirable ambition within this book in helping people see how valuable they are without looking to anyone else for validation. Unfortunately I found the intense focus on semantics a bit heavy for me and it was a chore to read through at times so I gave up. Some great wisdom in parts but, for me, a bit intense for easy digestion
