Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got a few of these for work laptops - Dell 74xx models, and it works great. It's small enough that the fan vent is unobstructed, and it's sturdy enough that the laptops don't wobble around (once the slider is adjusted on the stand, obviously).

Securely Holds MacBook Air - Good Value
This is a very nice stand that vertically securely holds my 15" MacBook Air. It has an adjustment screw to accommodate other laptops. It keeps my desk well organized. I expected something a bit heavier, but do not believe that the device would easily be tipped over. So, I am quite pleased with this product.
