Crochet Cute Dolls with Mix-and-Match Outfits: 66 Adorable Amigurumi Patterns

I am so glad I purchased this book. I love crocheting and making gifts. These doll and cloth patterns are the cutest. And there are so many to make, you won't get bored. I am going to make gifts for the grandbabies out of all the patterns.

A lot of reviewers have mentioned that this was all charts, which made me apprehensive at first, but I gave it a shot.Charts are definitely overwhelming if you cant read them, but the symbols are universal and the authors includes a translation guide at the end of the book for ease of access. It even had some stitches in the key that I wouldn't have expected to be featured in amigurumi. The key also has diagrams of how to do each stitch if you need that information.Other reviewers also failed to mention the book comes with lists that tell you how many stitches are in each round and if the next one increases. It's not a huge jump in skill level to put the lists to the charts.If you're apprehensive, honestly dont worry too much. This is probably an easy pattern, not a beginner pattern, so be aware of that if you buy it.

I like having a book in hand. Very good quality book easy to follow directions and inspires creativity as well.

The patterns were difficult to follow. Needs to be told that a beginner would have trouble creating this doll. Disappointed.

We have a crochet club at school, and the girls loved this book.

This doll and all her clothes would be adorable BUT........the patterns are all done as graph drawings. I could probably figure them out if they weren't put in as an afterthought. So many pictures that the patterns were crowded out, very difficult to even see what they were. I returned the book out of sheer frustration

I consider myself an advanced Crocheter, The book is beautifully illustrated, and the doll & accessories look great. However, personally speaking, I do not like to work just from a diagram. I write plenty of my own patterns so I can read one, but when I want to just sit back and relax and crochet something, this would not be the way to go. I returned it, but for those who like to work from diagrams this looks like a very nice book

Il libro è molto bello, unica pecca, ed è per questo che non do 5 stelle, sono per lo più schemi . Non ci sono i passaggi scritti. Se uno sa leggere bene solo gli schemi è un libro molto valido.
