Q: What is the sweetener used for the Vanilla sugar-free product? I am looking for stevia or xylitol. . . not artificial ones.

splenda is the sweetener. If you want stevia, you want Monin's Zero Calorie syrup. It has monkfruit and stevia, not splenda

Q: Is this keto friendly?

Don't know about keto friendly but my mother is a diabetic and using this in a milkshake in summer does not raise her glucose level. Hope that helps.
