Not sure if this is the same formula that I once had. I still had some left over that I didn’t buy from Amazon and when this one arrived I noticed there was no scent and no color whereas my first product way slightly orange and had a fantastic scent. Not sure if this is just a change in formula across the board or if this is not a legitimate product. Either way I won’t be repurchasing at least from Amazon. Acts much like any standard cleanser at a much higher price.

I'm pretty sensitive to scents (nose, not skin) and I could not discern a scent from this cleanser other than the soap scent, which was great. It had fairly good lather. It didn't seem to leave my skin moisturized or overly dry, so that was good. I tend to prefer a moisturized feel or a non drying feel over it feeling squeaky clean/dry after I wash my face.I can't say that I noticed any brightening from this product. I do say that is is a pretty gentle cleanser for morning time. I tend to try to stay away from vitamin C items at night time because I use retinol productss.

Looking at the ingredients I would think that this cleanser would have a floral or even a fruity scent. I am pretty sensitive to smells and even though they don’t label it as unscented I think they certainly could. I could not detect any scent. The cleanser is a clear gel. Aloe Vera juice is the second ingredient, and this reminds me of my aloe vera gel.It is best to start with your face and neck wet because it will stretch the use of the cleanser. It doesn’t take much cleaner to suds up your face when your face is wet. I did notice more of a sudsy look on dry skin but I think it spreads better on wet skin. It also rinses off easier when you start with wet skin. After just patting dry my skin was soft and smooth with no lingering scent. I love that this is a pump bottle which makes it easy to use in the shower. One less thing I must pick up and possibly drop in the shower.

I have used this for 2 weeks. Overall it was pretty good. It provided gentle and smooth cleaning. There were no fragrances nor plastic microbeads. It didn't dry out nor irritate the skin. So far I am very satisfied.

I girlfriend first tried this product and it really dried her skin out. She liked the scent but didn't like how it made her skin feel after. She has combination type skin. I figured I'd give it a try myself but it also dried my skin out. I too liked the scent as it wasn't too overwhelming but it really pulled the moisture right from my skin.
