It is such a good workout! The workouts begin on the easier side but quickly get very challenging. There are a lot of push-ups (which I could barely do in the beginning and now I rock them!), kicks, punches, and many other moves. It isn't just kickboxing. I find that my muscles are completely toned and I have lost weight too!I would definitely recommend this workout. I have done many other BeachBody workouts and this and TurboFIre are my favorites.
