One year user- 5 Ltr Victo plus star Geyser- 2 times Issue within an Year
Purchased 15 Ltr Victo plus star Geyser in 2022 October. After using 6 months, there was calcium build on the coils and water stopped heating. Technician visited after registering a complaint and cleaned the calcium, adjusted temperature levels and mentioned that the problem will not be repeated. After again 6 months, water is not heating up again and we registered a complaint today. When the product is built for Indian environment and distributed to different cities, the product should be built according to the water conditions of the cities. I am now concerned about the durability of this product and the time that we have to spend on registering complaints. Hope V-Guard provides a good permanent solution for our problem.
