I got this as a beach toy for my husband and it did not disappoint. He loved playing with it and digging in the sand. It’s not the strongest, but it definitely entertained him for a long time.

The excavator doesn't turn the top part 360, the whole thing does. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT let the dump truck go anywhere near water. Not even 24 hrs into play and it doesn't work anymore. 😮‍💨🙄

BOTH vehicles come in this set.Played with these vehicles with our grandson and his cousins yesterday. He just turned four and was able to get the hang of it straight away.Only thing to know is that the excavator loses it's tracts on carpeting. Easy to slip back on but probably should be played with on hard surfaces only.We played for over 30 minutes and they still had charge left.

We received ours yesterday and the remote box (battery compartment) had a stripped screw so we can't open it and the excavator seems to be stuck in a demo mode. We charged the battery and the bucket only works going forward and back, left to right with no arm/bucket movement.

If your child is into construction equipment, they will like this. My grandson is, and he enjoys playing with these.

The media could not be loaded. I feel the whole point of buying the product is to scoop dirt/sand and load it and dump it and it CANNOT effectively do either. Got it for my Husband’s birthday but looks like I will have to continue shopping around. Good thing I gave it a try before surprising him with it. I say even if it’s a good deal. 2 for 1 go the more expensive if you are looking for the real experience!Excavator:The excavator Doesn’t hold much in the bucket (scoop) and WHEN it does, it falls off as soon as you hit a little lump in the dirt/sand). Also you can only tilt the ducket(scoop) of excavator so much therefore doesn’t hold dirt/sand well. Also, when you press the lifting button on excavator, randomly it just goes crazy and does random movements (which also empties the bucket.(shown in video)DUMP TRUCK:Is very limited on the lifting feature and almost everything stays on the dump truck (dumps HARDLY anything), unless you keep holding the lift button which causes a very mild shake HOWEVER it makes a forceful cranking noise while doing so…making it feel like it’s going to break, fall apart or something.I tried to upload a video of each of these things however it only allows me to do one video For the review

This would’ve been an amazing toy, but we could not get the battery compartment to the digger open no matter what we did we ended up stripping the screw completely because it was just stuck. There was no turning it to loosen it. I think what will end up doing is just breaking the top off to make it work as we’ve already gone through the process of unpacking everything and putting all the batteries in the other three pieces
