This is an excellent case very sturdy and fits like a glove Which is not always the case pun intended. I do not fully understand the people that complain about this case being too large , it is for one of the largest phones on the market With a Pen holder on the side there is no physical way to make this case smaller. With that being said it does its job Very well Protecting your phone And utilizing the controls on the Side. The very small weak link as described in the title is the belt holster , the very small plastic Part that holds the phone To the holster Is too thin and has broken on me twice . And once again I understand this is a very large phone with a lot of girth and weight And I do take my phone in-and-out A lot out of the holster This is where The very excellent customer service part of the equation comes in. Just got off the phone with Mike in customer service And have a replacement coming right away. It was amazingly easy To get a live voice And have somebody that can actually do something about your issue rather than Never talking to somebody Or playing phone tag with multiple back-and-forth about photos and if you did something wrong To cause the issue And getting 5 follow up calls or text about customer service and if they actually helped you when they know d***** well they didn't So I salute Supcase and Mike. to a quick and easy solution to my issue. Hearkens me back to an earlier age When companies actually try to help and take care of your problem Okay I will quit waxing sentimental. Back to the case at hand Pun intended, Excellent case excellent customer service And if you're not going to use the belt holster No issues whatsoever nothing but excellence. So remember when you're thinking about ordering A cheaper case or an overpriced Otterbox or Otterbox wanna be In my only 1st hand experience with supcase they've been the best.

With an absence of rugged flagship smartphones in the market, this case gives military grade protection. This design and build of the case is consistent with the description.Design: The case makes the S21 Ultra taller and wider. It is noticeable larger when you compare it to other cases. But you soon forget that shortly afterwards because it feels good in the hand. It also flattens out the back to prevent wobbling from the camera. The back also has tiny rubber nubs built into the design that prevent it from sliding on flat surfaces. The front has enough lift at the top and bottom to protect the screen when laying it face down on flat surfaces.It doesn't come with a screen protector. At this price, I wouldn't expect it too. Get a tempered glass screen protector that goes to the edges and put it on before you put the case on. This case has a hard plastic frame that snaps on first and will seal over the edges of the screen protector. This will prevent the edges from lifting up over time and dust getting under the edges. Unless you damage the screen protector, it should stay perfect for the life of the device.The ports, speaker and microphone cut outs are perfect. The only challenge is the thick flap that covers the charging port. It reminds you how much protection there is. I keep my nails extremely short, so this is a little more difficult for me to open. I will likely use my wireless charger more as a result. Wireless charging works perfectly fine. This isn't a deal breaker.The S Pen holder is on the left. It is designed for the S Pen specifically made for the S21 Ultra. This is the best implementation I have experienced so far. The other cases require wedging the pen that will eventually lose its integrity. Other cases require you to put the S Pen in a certain way. This case has a hole in the top and guides it in. The S Pen will not fall out due to accidental bumps and drops.The kickstand is a bonus. It is engineered really well. It is flush when closed and blends into the design of the back. Easily forgotten if you don't use it. When open, it is sturdy. It allows the device to be used in portrait or landscape. It also gives you a finger loop big enough for those with big hands and/or thick fingers.This case makes the best smartphone of 2021 into a military grade smartphone. All the protection and design without the bulkiness. That makes the S21 Ultra a complete device for me!

Update May 2023: yes, the stand on my second case broke after a few months just like the first one, but this time instead of buying another case I modified this one. I ripped out the stand, removed a couple of protrusions, and installed an elastic holder called a lovehandle. I don't have a stand, but I can use the phone with one hand again, so I think this will be my configuration until I drop it one too many times and have to replace it.Original review: This case checked most of the boxes on my wish list. Decent drop protection, an S pen holder, no integrated screen protector, interesting colors, and something on the back to help me hold it with one hand.I read several reviews complaining about the stand breaking, so I was extremely careful with it. Alas, after less than a month one of the little tabs that run in the slot in the back broke off. The tabs are very tiny and plastic, which is not a good combination for this type of application. It still works if I’m super careful, but I don’t trust it to do that for much longer. After the other tab breaks, I will probably just remove the whole stand and try to fashion some sort of loop in that pocket that I can slide one or two fingers through.It’s a shame, too, because the rest of the case is pretty nice. It’s huge, of course, because the phone is huge and there is the added width of the S pen holder. So finding a car mount was a hassle. But it has a nice texture, and it fits the phone well. I haven’t dropped it yet, but I can see it has some shock absorption capability built into the design, so I’m hopeful that it will work if needed. The hatch that covers the USB port is very stiff, which prompted me to buy a wireless charging stand for the phone … wish I had done that years ago!Some have complained that it’s tough to remove the S pen. My technique is to grab the pen on both sides where it is exposed on the side and slide it up enough to grab the top of it.Overall, it’s a nice case, one of the few available with an S pen holder. Too bad it has that one design flaw.

Excellent for this price. S-pen easy going in and out. I would like to have 4 edge angles soft as rubber. Folding stand leg is useful but not so stable. It's just additional feature, but not main stuff. I was looking for rugged case with spen - I got it.I like quality of this product and hope to get some new experience with other products like rugged wireless charging and mobile holders.
