Best quality yoga blocks for wrist and hand pain relief!
I was skeptical when I bought these lightweight yet sturdy yoga wrist blocks that came highly recommended to me by both a yoga instructor and a yoga practitioner. I figured I would return them if they didn't work. I had been doing yoga for about five months when I began having sharp pain in my wrists and hands from yoga- positions like downward dog, etc. I had never experienced anything like this before and figured I was probably not able to do yoga any more. I modified my yoga, using my forearms for several weeks and then I saw someone in my yoga class with these blocks and I asked her about these and she said she had the same thing and these helped tremendously and she recommended them. A yoga instructor I spoke to said she had used them prior to having carpal tunnel surgery and they worked well for her. She said after surgery she didn't need them, but that she was beginning to have pain again and thought she might start using them again. Well I ordered them in the purple because that was the fastest delivery, even though I usually like everything in black, and for the past four months have been using them consistently and have had no problems since then. They have provided 100% pain relief. Once in a while I will do a pose without them, but I can sense the pain returning if I push it, so I just use the blocks and am able to continue yoga. It takes a little getting used to with the poses for instance in downward dog you need your arms slightly closer to your feet to maintain balance but you get used to it and I have really come to appreciate these blocks. By the way, I love the purple, they are more cheerful, but any color will do. I can also use them in place of regular blocks for support for several poses such as half moon- so that's a bonus. Even though they're not cheap I consider them to be a value for the money because they are quality made. I 100% recommend these if your are having wrist/hand pain. Buy them now! You will thank yourself!

Excellent product!
I recently purchased the Buddy® Yoga Blocks 2 Pack, and they have truly transformed my yoga practice! These blocks are incredibly sturdy and supportive, making it so much easier to achieve proper alignment in various poses. One of the standout features is how effectively they reduce wrist pain during challenging poses. My daughter, who has been struggling with discomfort in her wrists, found that using these blocks allowed her to practice safely and comfortably. The extra height they provide helps in deepening stretches without straining. The texture is fantastic, offering a non-slip surface that gives confidence during movements. I really love stretching with these, they make it so much more effective. Overall, these Yoga Blocks are a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their yoga experience while minimizing discomfort. Highly recommended!

Good size, works well. Better than plain rectangular blocks.
The shape is very well thought out, and they do function well as yoga blocks to assist with the more challenging poses. They are a good size for me, an adult woman of short/medium height. The material is soft and comfortable. I do have a concern about this item easily getting damaged though. Even when I was opening the packaging for the first time, I managed to indent/damage the blocks with my medium/short length nails in the process. Overall, I would recommend for folks who need a little help with some yoga poses. As far as value for money goes, I do think this was a bit expensive.

Takes pressure off the wrists
Great for more natural wrist positions for various asanas. They are sturdy and well designed. I like the purple color. I was pleased that there was no smell from off gassing when unwrapped. They are pricey, but there is nothing else like them. If your wrists give you any trouble in yoga, these are worth it!

Sturdy blocks
These are nice firm foam blocks for use in yoga and for alleviating the stress on the wrist while doing exercises that require using a flat hand on the floor…e.g: push ups. The place for one’s hand is pretty universal, so most people should find it comfortable enough (not too wide) for their grip. The block can be used two ways…on the side for a lower profile or on the end for a taller one. They can also be used just as a yoga block. I give 5 stars for the quality, however, there is one issue I am having; when I do a regular push up with hands wide for chest and shoulders, the height of the blocks (even in the low profile orientation) position my hand too high off of the floor and make doing a push up, especially on my toes so much more difficult, because it hyperextends my shoulder joints unless I use every ounce of my strength to hold my shoulders in alignment. When I do tricep push ups, because my arms are close to my sides, I don’t have near the pressure on my shoulders. These blocks do help with my wrist pain (my pain is at the area where my wrist meets my palm on the thumb side) by helping me keep my wrist straighter, however, I do have to concentrate to keep my weight toward the outside of my hand. I’m sure that this will get easier as I use them.

A must have for yogis with wrist issues
These are amazing! I have wrist issues and do a lot of yoga. Got these and they are a game changer. I was able to hit poses I'd not been able to before. Highly recommended if you have wrist issues or are striving to attain certain yoga poses.

Works well. Very sturdy. Easier on wrists.

A great idea that doesn't work out so well in real life practice.
It seems like a great idea. But in practice, it is LESS COMFORTABLE than regular yoga blocks. They are certainly less versatile. If I hadn't waited so long, I would have returned them.
