Shoes: Pleasure & Pain Hardcover – May 19, 2015

I saw the exhibit in London; this book is a welcome reminder but can also stand on its own. Excellent, detailed photographs and erudite text. For lovers of fashion and social history.

A lot of interesting images and information about the past present and future of shoes - as the object of art, desire and glamour. Great cover, and greate as a gift. Indeed I already have a copy at home but decided to buy it again for such purpose

Interesting book for a daughter who loves shoes. It will be for a birthday gift in a few months.
