JORESTECH High Visibility Reflective Safety Bomber Jacket Waterproof X in Back ANSI/ISEA Class 1 Type O/CSA Z96

As a heavy truck technician on night shift I have purchased the same Jorestech brand in the black color scheme in short and long sleeve reflective shirts. Quite a few of my coworkers have done the same to break away from the typical bright orange or lime colors and still be reflective. People complain about the reflective material scraping up on this brand but if You're rolling around on concrete and rocky terrain that's going to happen regardless of the brand. This coat is warm and made of good quality. The black helps to mask grease or oil stains. I have owned Refrigiwear reflective coats that don't even hold up as well as this one for a quarter of the price in some cases. The hideable roll up hood is not padded it's a rain hood with adjustable para cord type strings and generous in the head coverage department. If it's cold you probably have a stocking hat on already and the hood will definitely block wind and rain. Wind does not cut through on this one unlike others. Really for the price you would be hard pressed to find a better coat. It has pen pockets on the left sleeve, an internal chest pocket, a cell pocket with flap on the outside. The zip up hand pockets are not lined with fuzzy material which I do like if wearing gloves. Has Velcro adjustments at the sleeves instead of stretch cuffs to prevent sleeves riding up and staying that way. The waist area does have the stretch band which prevents cold from entering the coat easily. The high collar is generous and is padded to prevent an iced over neck! I usually wear an XL but found it to run a size big so I had to swap it for a Large so maybe consider that if ordering. Jorestech is usually my go to brand for reflective work shirts and jackets/coats. Technopack is a smaller company out of Florida and has never let me down. Whether you get merchandise from Amazon or directly from their site it's a win in my opinion.

The overall quality is good. The liner is warm and comfortable. I've been wearing it at work for about a month now. You should however, be aware of two things when making your decision to purchase. 1) As others have stated, you'll want to order one size smaller than usual. I am 5'10, 155 lbs and normally wear a large jacket to accommodate some heavier wear underneath. In this case, I ordered a medium and it still feels a bit big. 2) The reflective material flakes off. When the coat arrived, I washed it before wearing it. The attached photo is after the very first wash. It had not been worn yet.

Great coat, can't beat the quality for the price. I was too warm with a hoodie and thermal shirt under it in 30 degree weather. Water and wind don't get through. Would buy again

Loved the jacket,Good quality for the price. My tow truck driver would wear it daily if the hood wasn’t an afterthought. There isn’t anyway to make the hood workable. Has no way of closing or tightening the hood. It just simply falls off your head. So good jacket, don’t expect the hood to be helpful, if you don’t care about the hood, BUY THIS!

This jacket is what I was looking for, I drive a truck so I get some stains from truck or trailer but this jacket doesn't show plus is warm comfortable. Just perfect!

This is my first jacket I have bought from this seller I received it today and it is great it fits well and I can also put a hoodie under the jacket which is great for me if you are looking for a great reflective jacket I highly recommend this jacket

Buy a size smaller. I am xl... but large is what I needed. Great form. Nice front pockes. Amazing big collar. Small gripe on tight elastic on sleeve cuff. Normal winter thickness. A light sweater or cardigan on inside would be fine for -20. Not as this as a freezer jacket.
