Is this pillow washable?

The removable cover is definitely washable, but I don't think the memory foam is.

Could you use this for your face to sleep on your belly. Like the face spot on a massage bed if you will?

I’m not a doctor but my answer is no. I normally sleep on my side. This is perfect for that. But understand that in bed, I put this U- shaped pillow on top of a pillow that has little beans in it, just for extra cushioning. If you do that and then sleep with your face in the opening of the U shaped pillow, you will not be able to breathe! Your face will be on the fabric of the bottom pillowcase. But if you’re on your back or side, this pillow is great.

Where can i buy just a pillow case cover for this pillow?

I wish I knew! But the cover it comes in is washable.

how do you attach it to a backpack?

There is a loop at the top of the pillow for attaching it with a carabiner or some other sort of clip to your pack or belt or suitcase.

Nice color, good support, good shape, great value for money.
