I waited to write this review because I wanted to effectively evaluate the effects of the C+L Fat Burner in my body. I am a plant-based competitive Crossfit athlete and a nutrition coach. So not only am I super cautious of what I put in my body, I'm hypercritical of the effects as well. That being said I have taken this after my workouts (5 or 6 days a week). I only took 2 per day. I also coupled with a clean diet, as no pill will work on its own. I am happy to say that I am down 4 pounds! More importantly for me than the weight loss, is how I look and feel. I have a ton of energy and do not get that after-workout crash I often get after a hard workout. I am also leaning out more (bring on the shred)! I will definitely continue to use the C+L Fat Burner! Nothing will magically melt fat away, but if you're willing to put in the work physically and in the kitchen and want a great catalyst to support your efforts, give this product a try.

I have used this product for many years, and I’m now a loyal user. This works very effectively for me. I take 2 with my warm lemon water first thing around half an hour before eating. On the dats that I go to the gym, I take another 2 pre-workout. This shreds the stubborn layers of unecessary fat.

The instructions and all the writing are white, making it head to read, being that the container is clear. On the photo the container looks bigger.

Gives energy without jittering.

I initially purchased this product because it is organic, contains so many beneficial and powerful nutrients and wanted to try and lose a bit of weight. They have made me feel so good and have given me a lot of good, healthy energy that I just ordered two more jars. My sleep is erratic and most nights can only sleep about 5 hours. In the past I would spend the day feeling so fatigued and sluggish due to lack of sleep but now if I take just one of these I literally feel like I have had a very good nights sleep. I may have lost 3 or 4 lbs. without really trying and I also have my husband taking them now.

I was excited about this product being that it is organic and vegan without all the crap inside as the typical fat burners have. Unfortunately it makes me feel horrible. I've tried it 3 times so far before workouts and I feel nauseous, get bad headaches and can't sleep. I drank TONS of water the days I took it but I still felt dehydrated and just overall terrible. So disappointed in this product.

Bother my sensitive stomach. Have been taking semi regularly for like 6 weeks. I have IBS and certain products with caffeine make my issues worse. It also gives me headaches occasionally. I have been using Vintage Burn pills on and off for years and they do not bother my stomach. Was excited for a semi organic product but I can’t finish this bottle.

I wanted to wait before writing my review because I wanted to be fair to give the product time to work with me and my body. I have to say I tried a ton of other products before and quit them all! The Clean + Lean is really amazing...it does not have a bad taste and I get a very steady and increased energy boost that helps me stay focused and energized to work out and also get things done. There is no crash and my body transitioned easily to the product which was my main concern as I take some prescription meds. Great Stuff...I urge everyone to try this!
