Never noticed any benefits

I have try this product ones but is not, not, not . Is is very bad the more I drink ,the more I get constipated. I stopped drinking it and will put it in garbage. I will never buy is again.

I have been taking various chlorophyl supplements for over 20 years. This liquid version from Natural Phyt's is good. When I first opened it and pulled the dropper out and saw the deep black color I thought it might be an activated charcoal based tincture. However, if you place a drop on a napkin or in a clear glass of water, you will see the green color appear. It is very concentrated and potent. It is a lot like a very dark green food coloring. It can probably be used as such. Maybe for next Easter, I will give it a try. The flavor is very much of peppermint or even more a spearmint coolness to it. I find it best taken in a glass of cold filtered water. A half dropper will turn 6 oz of water into a deep green color. The minty flavor will be there. I think it tastes fine. There is copper in the ingredients list. Anyone sensitive should be aware. I like to take it an hour after a meal that makes me thirsty, or in the morning on an empty stomach. It really assists in detoxification and cleansing. 4 solid stars.
