Vitamin K2 MK-7 100mcg – Nutrient Support for Bones and Circulation, 120 Vegetarian Capsules, 4-Month Supply, Lab Tested, Made in The USA, Non-GMO

I'm using this vitamin supplement as part of a regimen to enhance bone health. Only having to take 1 capsule a day is a definite plus, as I'm also taking calcium x3, magnesium x2 and vitamin D3 x1 every day. Although it's too early to determine whether this regimen will ultimately be beneficial, as I've only been taking it for about a month, I can say that I've had no ill effects from it whatsoever. I am aware this product contains magnesium stearate, which is essentially a non-issue for me, as it is found in many foods, vitamin supplements, and cosmetics. My experience in dealing with the small company that produces this supplement is that they are honest and quite reputable. I've already placed another order for two of their other supplements. This is my un-compensated, un-coerced opinion.

I've taken these for many months now and I never do without them. They are tablets about the size of an aspirin, and very easy to swallow.They are packaged securely in shrink wrap, and even include a small pill-carrying case.In my opinion, everyone should be taking K-2 with MK, and I believe these are a great value for a really good product.

Looking forward to adding these K2 supplements to my daily regiment.

My last review on Long Life Nutri Vitamin K2 was October 3, 2019...well overdue! My last purchase of this product was December 7, 2020. I have ordered their Vitamin K2 ten or more times and still continued to be pleased. First of all, let me add that I am not a review writer. It's not that I am hard to please. I just don't like to spend a ton of time on the internet. So taking some time to brag about a product, the company and the excellent personal service from Pedro one of Long Life's co-owners says that it's worth my time to let others know so you can jump on board and also become one of their pleased customers. Pedro has never refused my request for a 15% discount when ordering...never! In fact, there is a new discount code waiting for me in my emails without ever having to request it and just out of the goodness of his heart wanting to make sure customers are pleased. Need I say more? I think not. Your job is to take some well spent time to look at the positive reviews, their website for additional products that might be of interest to you and even check out the products ingredients as well as the integrity of the manufacturing. This product seems to be on the cutting edge for the prevention of heart attack, heart disease and bone health,I run it every morning with Omega-3, Vitamin D and Calcium.Since then, it seems like the occasional minor chest pains I’ve had for the last 20 years or so have reduced and/or stopped for the most part. I was glad to find this K2 MK7 made from natto, made in USA. The product is fairly priced, and I like that it is packed in a veg. gel cap. The only negative I would give this product is that the capsule does not have a manufacturer mark, making it hard to distinguish from the magnesium caps I take. I have not been taking this long enough to know if my bone density has improved, but my doctor said 6 months to a year for reliable results. Taking for one month so far.

My multivitamin contains K1. I found out about the benefits of this product about a month ago. Something that some people have noticed is that they sleep better. I've always slept well and easily but I awaken several times during the night to tinkle. I have not awakened one time since I started these. I take it at night, as directed, with a vitamin E capsule.
