These were really nice pint glasses. I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance.Really dropped the ball when it came to packing them for shipping though. Three glasses were shattered, as you can see by the photo, they were not packed very well at all.After contacting customer service, a replacement set was sent out immediately. A+ service!

I read some of the reviews about the quality and was a little nervous. I hmmm'ed and haaa'ed over it for awhile and decided if they didn't pan out I could just put an unsatisfactory claim on my credit card. They came tightly packaged and on time. The glasses are sturdy, substantial weight and no real visible imperfections. I plan on making custom glasses out of them for my groom and his buddies on the wedding day, these will be perfect and the price is unbeatable. I would totally recommend these for party glasses, every day use glasses and even as cute gifting options. I wouldnt say these are the finest glasses on earth and if you wanted to give a gift that wow'ed someone - you might want to go fancier, but they sure will do the job and they look very well made and have zero "cheap" look or feel to them.

My first order of 12 wine glasses were all broken. (Arc Cardinal ArcoPrime Universal All-Purpose Tall Wine Glass,12 Ounce, Set of 12,Clear) I sent it back for an exchange and some of the new glasses were broken as well. If they weren't broken they were cracked.

These glasses seem nice, but 5 glasses came busted! I’m hoping I can be accommodated.
