Q: Previously asked if this item plays Christmas music. Got two entirely different answers! Please clarify!

I just plugged one in and it does NOT play Christmas music, it plays a "carousel type" melody. It's pipe organ sounding... Here's a link to a YouTube video from Lemax https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mK4P8_eH70Y which you can clearly hear the sound.

Q: So many people off of amazon complaining about lemax houses, moving houses have stopped moving, lights went out, can't get it fixed, no cust. service!

I have not had any issues with my piece. I hope it continues. I only use it at Christmas time.
