Great dog food, just don't buy on here! Cost me £43 on Amazon, went to the website and they were selling for £19... Rip off

Poor delivery
Food is good but DPD delivered to the wrong address so I got the product later than I should. Fortunately it hadn’t completely defrosted but wasn’t happy.Lois Buckley

Good quality food
The sample pack is great to try and my dog loved the recipes it comes in sturdy trays and doesn't smell at all value for money if you buy bigger bundles. Delivery is great too.

Great product - rubbish service and website
My dog loves the product and it’s easy to store in natty plastic tubs but their customer service and website is terrible. So I’ve ordered via Amazon to find out Prodog are selling the same thing half price direct from their website but their website is terrible - the map stock finder doesn’t work - it says their Norwich store is in Oxford etc. and when I try to order again via their website in an attempt to get the half price offer it says session timed out when I’ve only been on there for 4 clicks! Happy to support a great product a small business but they need help! Can Amazon help give the offer price via their hub??
