Blackstone's Handbook for Policing Students 2022 Paperback – 6 Dec. 2021

I will soon be starting training to join the police force and so figured I would need a book like this to start me off with the essential knowledge of policing. Not only does this book cover everything you could want to learn regarding policing, I never want to put it down! It is so interesting as its incredibly well written, and the tasks are just brilliant to really get your brain thinking. I definitely feel like it’s giving me the head start I need but throughout my career I know I will constantly be revisiting it too. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Great book, quality was a little battered with 4 pages just holding in and the front cover a little rip in the top, but it's been well used and good book.

A much larger book than I had expected.FYI: A4 size, about 700 pages, 1.8 kg…Super interesting content.Clearly explained.Would recommend if you’re joining as a student officer.

Very comprehensive guide to modern day policing.. approx 677 pages. Covering The role of the police, all the offences, gathering evidence, investigation & prosecution and court proceedings. Includes guides to sentencing & case examples. Excellent book- later version February 2024

Arrived promptly very good resource

Product was described as a ‘hardcover’ version but it isn’t. Also, slight damage to the pages which is a bit disappointing as it’s a Christmas gift.
