OEM and works perfect - love the color
This keyboard worked perfect as a replacement for my Surface Pro 8. Charges the surface pen. My original keyboard was grey, I love the red color, adds a nice refreshing pop. Keys are smooth, and light up for typing in the dark. I would purchase again if ever needed.

Very well done, folks! If this thing is refurbished, I'd never know it... just like new!
I bought this keyboard because my original, factory keyboard, just stopped working. I didn't want to lose the pen charging capability and the factory keyboards are pretty expensive, so this was a great option. When I opened the box, I was thrilled - it looked like brand new!!!

New product out of warranty
Open box yes!! But item did not work, called Microsoft Tech Support. They tried to assist but the item was out of warranty and suggested I file complaint with Amazon for selling defective and out of warranty item.

Great QWERTY cover that can also be used for the US international keyboard layout
The item was announced in very good state but used and it's practicall new. Very happy with it, good Microsoft type cover as I am used to for a couple of years now.
