Works like a charm. I applied it months ago. It continues to look like the day I applied it. Although it is tedious to apply to all the joints, an art brush made it very doable. Great outcome. I would purchase again if I needed it for another area!!

This grout colorant and sealant is amazing. So easy to use and completely changed my bathroom floor for the better. My grout was completely stained brown when I moved in from lack of proper cleaning. I cleaned the floor on my hands and knees and applied this product with a toothbrush as instructed. Two coats and I feel like I have a whole new floor. Total project took me less than 4 hours. Highly recommend. Standard white was the color purchased for this project.

I passed return date. This product is not usable. It is solid. Cannot apply product. It should be able to spread but can not even get it out of the bottle.Believe product was actually expired. The plastic bag said good until 12-31-2025 but bottle looked like date of 12-20-2023.

The media could not be loaded. The colorant/sealer is a nice color, kind of like concrete. However, top doesn’t work so using it is really difficult. Maybe it’s just this particular bottle. Otherwise, nice product but does take a little scrubbing to removed from surrounding tile. Just use a damp cloth/sponge. Photo shows lighter grout as “before” and the darker grout lines as “after.” Works so much better and quicker than Mapei UltraCare Grout Refresh I purchased at Floor & DecorEdit, see before/after photo of the finished floor. We were going for a solid concrete look and I think the grout looks great now. Per instructions you can do two thin coats for more drastic color change, but this is after one coat. Should last 15 years or a little less in high-traffic areas which may need a touch up.

This product worked great on my grout and my floors look new again.

Shake frequently. Unfold a large paper clip, unplug spout frequently(material dries quickly in spout). Best to apply thin coat, reapply when dry. My container had a leak at base of spout, perhaps just a problem for me.

I love this product I had always regretted putting white grout in between my subway tile on my backsplash in my kitchen. This made all the difference it even covered over the yellow and grout above my stove that had discolored due to the heat of cooking. I would recommend cleaning up as you go and putting as little on the tile as possible . As soon as it dries it is difficult to clean up. I use small skinny cleaning brushes that I had purchased on Amazon to apply this and the toothbrush and then a soft cloth to wash it off.

I am a professional and had a tile floor which over a number of years had wear and stains and the edges still had the same lighter color so overall the floor looked bad. I had never used this type of product before and took a chance and ordered. Boy, am I glad I did....turned out fantastic. Was no problem at all putting on, in fact it was easy. Thumbs up to who ever invented this....Thanks!!!
