This is an Amazing Supplement. My skin has been 100% less dry and I have psoriasis. Unfortunately doesn't make that go away but I am not as flaky as I used to be. I add a scoop in either my coffee or my smoothie in the morning. This is tasteless and odorless and dissolves quickly. I won't go without this now. This product is definitely worth trying for those of you with Autoimmune diseases. This was touted by Christina Haak the Flip or Flop gal - she had a huge discount on the first order which is how I found out about this product.

I've tried a few different brands of collagen and this one has been my favorite. It dissolves very easily and has almost no taste. The taste is what always gets me even mixed into coffee I could not handle it. Every morning I take a scoop of this one put it into a pint class of room temp water and drink it, no problem. It has the faintest taste. My only con would be the price, it was almost $15 more than most others but maybe that's the price you pay to not taste it? I also had a coupon code so it turned out to be about the same as the others I've purchased. Hopefully I can find more codes! :)

My husband accidentally ordered this powdered collagen, instead of capsules. I have tried mixing it with warm almond milk, cranberry juice, and lemonade, but I still had to hold my breath and chug it down.Room temperature pop/soda (orange, root beer) has worked the best, as the carbonation helps blend the powder into a liquid. The powder was difficult to blend into the warm liquids, many sticky, little clumps.
