I really like it. I eat 5 times a day, and I can honestly say that I have to force myself to drink the shakes, because I am really not that hungry. I will continue to do the program, because I have about 50 pounds of extra weight on me. I will continue to post updates. I have noticed that I am less bloated, and with more energy. She was advertising and said as a coach she will help but she directed me to whom I'm bought it from which is the company that she is an advocate for. I been loosing some weight because I been working out and bee. Eating 1200 calories a day. I think I can do on my own. Gave 3 stars because shakes are delicious no chalkie at all like others.
