The best quality spatula I've ever owned; the metal is single-piece, solid, and well-balanced. I wish Schefs made more utensils.

This is a very well-made product and we enjoy using good tools. It feels very solid in the hand and is just the right length: not too big and not too small. We use this primarily on the grill and it is holding up beautifully. Would definitely buy again.

the flat part of this tool is sort of thick which can make it tricky to get under the food without messing it up. Another drawback is that the red silicone handle tends to work it's way off. I wouldn't buy again
