Q: What are the warranty details on this heater? Not just how many years, I need the full details.

Bought 3 of these units for our house. They are quiet and provide good warmth. However two of them have a crack from edge to edge, after only one year. But they still work??

Q: What is the size of the box?

Not sure as it is in a different house. What surprised me is that it protrudes out of the wall nearly 4". Definitely not flat.

Q: Do the heater turn off sfter so many hours?

No, they don't. At least, if they do, I've never seen mine turn off. Another bit of info you or any other potential buyer might like to be aware of is that, based upon the 6 o so that I own, its not uncommon for these heaters to crack. From what I've been told, the cracks do not effect the performance. I continue to recommend these heaters to friends.
