Wont' automatically sync, but when you follow the manual procedure in the book it links right up
Seems to be a good quality product that does well everything it's supposed to do. Haven't yet had any problems with it. Definitely recommend.

Good fit with the base and original phones.
Dislike: have to press Go to answer incoming call (can't just pick it up)Like: smaller, lighter than I expected; ability to lock out callers
