Have tried others but this one has a long enough Velcro strip to go over your bra straps. Sits nicely at the shoulder, not too short, not too long.

Just the right size for most tops and blouses, especially those made with thinner material. Looks good under my tops and stays in place. Happy with this purchase after trying a few different types of shoulder pads.

Give a great shoulder line, especially for the current trend, but look fairly natural due to the rounded raglan shape. But -- they are pretty large, and I can only wear them without showing under crewnecks or turtlenecks. Anything with a wider neck makes them visible. Generally, they are well-made, just limited by their size. But that may not be an issue for someone with a wider shoulder.

I've been buying these for a couple decades (they've been consistently overpriced; need a competitor selling near duplicates for about $10). I recently bought two sets from a different, online retailer. Both sets had glue on the OUTSIDE of the velcro straps. The sticky glue transferred to my skin and, oddly, it didn't wash off in last night's shower. I'm sure there will be no damage to my skin -- the glue will wear off soon -- but this demonstrates poor quality control.

These are way overpriced, in my book, but I have ordered them four times, as they fit the best, seem to hold their shape, and add shape to shapeless shoulders. I've tried many different brands of these, but these are far and away the best.
