This is a game changer. We pour a small amount into our humidifier nightly and it helps us sleep through the night, keeps us from waking up with dry noses/throats, and just soothes the nose throughout the night. Not much is needed, the smell is not overpowering, and one bottle can last quite a while. We stock up on this during the winter months but use it anytime needed.
