I’m not sure how everyone loves this taste lol between this and gerotol I prefer the latter lol. But this is natural while the other is not. So I’ll deal with the unpleasant taste. It works well especially for someone whose iron is also low.

This vitamin supplement is not only low in carbs and calories, but it is also delicious. This helps me remember to take it daily. I recommend it for dieters or anyone following a diet. What a surprise that it also has cherries, which is good for inflammation. It's a win-win without additives. Excellent!

I can say it works. My levels has increased based on my labs. It does still make me constipated so now I just take it 3 times a week. I hate stomach problems....lol...I can't tell it works because now I'm hot all the time when I use to be cold daily.

While this is a great choice, it's a bit bitter to me but has a better taste then other brands. I love that I only need a little verses others I've tried. And the amount of servings per bottle are great. I think it's 1 or 2 teaspoons a day. I take it with vitamin c for better absorption and my iron test will tell if it's really a good choice

It taste good. I have a lot energy. Not tired, do not feel drained

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I bought this because I am 6 months pregnant and anemic and it had good reviews. It has an AWFUL metallic taste, like I'm drinking blood. and who had the idea to make it RED? My body must have thought I was literally drinking blood because when I tried it the first time, I immediately threw up. Disgusting. I am going back to iron pills! I am disappointed as well because this item is not eligible for return.
