I am surprised to say these work for me. Not like a margarita would, but I certainly do feel less anxious after about 15 minutes and it last a few hours. They smell okay and taste okay, the texture is smooth and gummy. I am happy with it and have be taking them a few times a week when I feel life is a little much and the kids TV is too much.

I got these to help calm random anxiety. I was having a bit of a meltdown on day 2 of my period as I tend to do. I popped two of these with a St. John’s Wort and I was chill and mildly happy after maybe 7 minutes. I used to take these religiously a few years ago to keep me calm during work related things I’d be nervous about and forgot how well they worked. Will continue to buy.

if you are interested in combining some of these supplements, this is a great product. I have been taking this for months and I am thrilled to have it an autoship for cheaper than my local store. The taste is great and I know it is helping my body. As a menopausal women, this is helping to balance out my mental health, my weight, and my brain fog.

I started taking these a few months ago. They help calm me down. I'd compare them to chamomile tea; they work. I usually take them about two hours before bed to relax. It really helps you relax. They have a odd taste but still taste like grape main reason for the 4 stars and still worth trying to someone who has trouble sleeping

These stress gummies taste delicious. I buy them for my son who has motor tics, ADD and OCD and it helps calm his brain down a bit so while he still does have tics, it’s much less and is able to focus better for school. This with glutathione has helped him a lot as I refuse to put him on prescription meds. He refuses to take supplement capsules so these gummies ensure his brain stays calm. I also use them for myself when I feel tense after a long day.

I think this product has some health benefit but the bottle is ridiculously hard to open, very cumbersome. Also, the bottle is half emptied, they could save money and perhaps reduce the price if the bottle is made according to its content. The gummies have a certain smell and initial taste that is not entirely pleasant and since you have to chew them before swallowing you have to deal with the taste. But not overwhelming unpleasant so they are a OK. We are not sure about its effectiveness, but it seems to have some positive effect.

Not sure if it’s placebo or the ingredients, but I’ve been sleeping better since taking this. Works well for me so far.

I saw this product recommended for stress relief, I was doing absolutely horrible a few months ago with being eaten up by stress so I decided to try this out. The packaging kinda scared me at first! It came in one of those gel cold packs, which I have never seen before as I don’t really order things like this online 😭 Opening the pack gave me the container of the gummies, perfectly safe and not melted at all. The gummies and the container look exactly as shown in the product photos, no discoloration in the container or with the gummies. Taking the recommended amount, they were easy to chew and had an alright taste, not great but not bad either. I felt the gummies really did help, not in any extreme way, but I found myself not getting as easily irritated or being frustrated all day. I would continue using these, but they are a bit expensive for me to do so. I do recommend these gummies for people who are also desperate for anything to help with stress, maybe it might help you too!

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de 'no- overthink ' en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila. Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto. Si las recomiendo.
