G-MAC Concept Evo Modular Flip Up Front Sun Visor ECE 2205 Approved Motorcycle Motorbike Helmet

I was looking for a reasonably priced flip front helmet with a secondary visor. I do favour this type of helmet as I get all the protection of a 'full face' one, but the convenience of an 'open face' one.I was further encouraged to pick this helmet because actual bikers had designed it. Since buying it, I have not only ridden for pleasure and trundling around town, but gone on a trip abroad (Spa Francorchamps in Belgium) and the comfort was excellent. I was also pleased with the ease one can remove the padding to wash... in a machine.

Arrived quickly.fit is nice and tight appears good quality the visor operates well staying in place and sun shield works well easy to operate.Good al around vision with front locked down.like the colours and design of the helmet.

Bought as a stop-gap. Not a bad helmet as far as the fit goes but I find it a little on the narrow side, maybe it’ll give a little. Definitely go up a size, I’m an Arai XL and went for XXL with this one however it does come down lower than many cheaper helmets.

I think my title says it all, amazing price and delivery.

I have had this helmet for one month but has not been used much. I arrived at my sons house, lifted the visor and it fell apart, the screw which pivots the visor and face guard had worked its way loose.Fortunately I was at my sons house and with a great deal of fiddling about we managed to repair it. Had I been at the side of the road, in the dark with no tools it would have been impossible and would have been stuck. It makes me wonder about the safety of this type of helmet in the event of an accident. I can't return it because I have had it to long or I would.Otherwise I like the helmet.

Nice helmet, just wasn’t for me. But overall, well made and very practical.

Ok, I know this is a cheap helmet or good value you may say! It looks good and is comfortable to wear. However I would expect it to hold together on the ride! This screw came adrift on my ride meaning the top of my visor and whole fitting was adrift ! I assume because it’s a flip up helmet over the 6 months of using it it’s undone and literally come apart. If I had crashed with this like it is it could have done me some serious damage. Was lock tight used??? Considering I have other helmets so this isn’t used all the time it’s hasn’t taken long for it to come apart. I expect a response from the suppliers ??
