Can this be used on a wooden toilet seat?

Yes, I dont see why not - it has a rubber seal on the bottom to stop it slipping around and marking your wooden seat.

Can someone please share the dimensions? Certainly 15.4 x 11.8 cm in the description can't be right.

is it suitable for 3-4 year old girl?

My son is near 4 and not comfortable sitting on it. So we dont use it
