Used this outside lighting, perfectly fit for purposeFull instructions for wiring,tells you to gently clip off front panel to reveal fixing screws but its the actual switches that clip off.

Used to control outside bbq and gazebo string lights. Easy to fit.

Easy to connect and fit.

Received this and it was fitted straight away and it’s still working good outside switch

The switch and components are high quality. The Knockouts though are so thick so you really have to drill them out. I returned this because of manufacturing problems with the LED indicator. When I opened it up to wire it two small white squiggles of set glue fell out. Turned out these were to secure the extremely fine led leads for the indicators from snapping as the led leads are sub mm. Without these, however careful I was, the wires broke off which makes the switch unusable as an indicator switch. A 'happorth of tar', as the saying goes, or at least properly applied hot glue, would have prevented this. LEDS this small are not intended for use in big hard to wire switchboxes. They should be on a separate PCB to make them more robust.

It's a good switch that offers really well done water resistance. Only downside that I don't like is that when assembled because of the rubber membrane the switch action feels a bit spongy and it's missing the destinctive "click". Installed a few of those for clients at places where they were exposed to rain , never had any complaints.

Instructions were a little confusing, they covered this switch and one other. For this switch a number of different wiring diagrams were included, for various options, but not for the option I needed. In the end it did the job, so ok.
