There are a lot of different pieces for any issue you may be having with the fit of your shoes. They worked great for me.

I bought the Heel Grips Liner Cushions Inserts for my shoes that were slightly too big, and they’ve worked really well! The set comes with both beige and black options, which is great depending on the color of the shoes you’re using them in. The grips are easy to place in the heel area of the shoe and stick well without sliding around. The comfort level is impressive too. I’ve used them in a pair of shoes where the heel would often rub, causing discomfort and blisters, and these heel pads really help prevent that. They cushion the back of my feet nicely, reducing friction and providing a more secure fit. Additionally, the metatarsal pads are a nice bonus! They help distribute the pressure better across the foot, which provides extra comfort when walking for longer periods. They’ve definitely made wearing shoes that were a bit too big much more comfortable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the adhesive on the pads was a bit stronger. After a few wears, I did notice that one of the heel grips started to lift a little, but it wasn’t a major issue. A quick fix with some fabric glue should solve that problem. Overall, these heel grips and metatarsal pads are a great purchase if you're dealing with slightly loose shoes and want a more comfortable fit without any heel pain or blisters. I’d recommend them!

Great idea. Would have worked great to help my shoes stay in place that are a too big. However the adhesive didn't work well after the first use.

It does the job. The are very grippy and allow me use a slightly bigger pair of shoes. While it comes with a lot of sizes, I found them to be too big for my shoes but it was easy for me to trim them down and install them in the heel.

The package contained several different heel grips. One of them seems perfect to keep my shoes from slipping off the heels. I am satisfied. Am keeping the rest of the package in case I ever need any of the others.

A bit more cushion would be ideal.
