Review: Buy this one over any other - Very nice dryer, I would like to say that I wish it had a 4 hour option, lowest is 6 hour, but I guess higher is better than lower. I only use it at 50c and its been working great, comes with plugs to keep moisture in. Looks super nice on my desk, doesnt take up much space, Durability is probably a 9/10, lid feels a bit flimsy but its not like its gonna take a hit any time soon. I printed tpu while drying it and the bearings helped gret with the extrusion, no issues for me. overall great product for 3d printing.

**Q: The fan makes noise?**
A: The machine needs to replace a new fan. Please send message to us. You can also replace a 4010 axial fan with 12V, R5000 rpm, cable length 350mm, 20AWG, 2pin and XH2.54 male terminal.

**Q: The screen appears E1 error?**
A: This is caused by a damaged thermistor on the motherboard. The machine needs to replace a motherboard and heating board. Please send message to us.

**Q: Machine does not run or shuts down on its own?**
A: It is a high probability that the motherboard damage caused by the failure, but there may be other reasons. It is recommend to send message to us directly and provide us a video description for judgement.

**Q: The machine cannot be turned on?**
A: 1. Please check whether the indicator light of the adapter on after plugging in the power. 2. Please provide us a video of the machine motherboard not lighting up after power on for judgment. We need more information to draw a conclusion.

**Q: 1 Year.**
A: The support is not a one-time thing. If you have already applied for support service, you can request it again if there is any fault in the machine during the 1 year period.

I just started 3d printing and got the cheapest I could find. First off this has a major design flaw the bottom of the dryer gets very hot because there is no air flow at the bottom of the case! This will get your table quite warm and possibly damage it over time if its plastic or laminated! I had some stick on some rubber feet to elevate the unit and that fixed the problem instantly! I later bought some silicone speaker isolation feet (heat resistant and way taller) to replace them for more airflow and the bottom only gets warm now, I just stuck them over the original 3/4 sized anti skid pads. This is a very bare bones unit but nice, the model I received has 4 filament holes 2 on top in addition to the 2 front like as pictured and apparently I have the new firmware which now has 50C as the starting temp and 48hr max timer, yay! Got to be frank this does not look like its gonna last long its cheap looking but it does what its supposed to! You can not rely on opening all the filament ports to let moisture escape you have to crack the lid with the locking clamps as a prop to dehydrate otherwise it takes forever. There are a bunch of printable mods to improve this unit which look fun to try. So far I am printing with one spool in the dryer and a spare just sitting there drying out with whatever silica packs I can fit in the centers of the spools to recharge them...rollers work fine and the silicone filament hole grommets don't impede the flow too much but I'm going to replace them soon, like I said there are so many videos on this unit to mod it! One star taken for the horrible heat problem on the base where you HAVE to buy feet, otherwise nice unit to fiddle and play around with.
