Sunbutter Creamy Sunflower Spread Peanut Free Non Allergen Two Five Pound Containers

I love these. It is tough to find a non-nut butter that is good on protein and doesn't have a bunch of sugar, salt, and filler ingredients. I'm not against foods having sugar, salt, and other decent ingredients, but I really dislike it in sunflower seed butter and similar. This one absolutely meets my ingredient wants, and it is delicious. The organic sunflower seed butter has a fantastic taste and facture. The texture is easy to reach and, while it can change as you go through the container depending on how you mix it, you can use it in a way that it doesn't change a lot with minimal effort. This is a lot easier to mix the oil back in than other options, much much easier than natural peanut butter (from when I used to have it). With only a little mixing (you might need to find which way works best for you), you get to a point that is not thick or oily but instead just right. I've had some that are extremely oily and just seem impossible to mix to a point that its oiliness is not the first thing you notice and others where you can barely mix, but this is in the nice middle ground. Plus, while I mix it, the smell just makes me look forward to eating it soon! Amazon has it generally for a much better price than other retailers, plus this organic one is getting more and more difficult to find in stores! I got the 6 pack of 16oz for just under $35, making it a much better option than other options for this brand in stores around me. The organic one isn't in any stores near me currently (low inventory and sells out), but they typically put the variations at the same price in store. I appreciate that the quality is consistent and good. I do find the cover/seals frustrating, as they occasionally have slightly puffed off. Additionally, they are difficult to remove. This size container is great, because it's not so small that you are constantly needing to get and open new ones but not so large that you have to worry about it going bad.

I really like the taste of this peanut butter subsitute, you can use it as peanut butter and really tasty, regular buyer.

Recently discovered sunbutter and thinking I like it better than peanut butter. One reviewer, Jules I think, recommended it with a dash of salt. She is a genius. A sprinkle really brings out the flavor. Organic is 1 net carb for us carb counters. No sugar added is 2. This was the best price I could find anywhere.

Well, it is different, But I think it will work for me. It is smooth and spreads easy, taste is not up to peanut butter but I wasn't looking for that. It has a nice smell about like peanut butter. I like the organic and sunflower seed, NON GMO and it so far hasn't give me any health problems yet. I would like to see it come in a bigger container. Thanks again

As someone who developed an allergy to peanuts later in life and absolutely loves peanut butter, I was trying to find something that would replace my beloved pb. AH HA! Oh my goodness. This is absolutely delicious. So is their chocolate sunflower butter. I hardly miss my pb now that I've found you, Sunbutter :)

Since I love sunflower seeds, I grabbed this product in my local grocery when it was on a sale as an item soon to be discontinued. Of course I loved it, even though it had some sugar added. That was a few years ago, before I learned about Oxalate and how many foods contain high amounts. This includes peanuts. My older brother has had 2 kidney stone events (Dad had at least one when I was a child) and even though I am female, there is a chance I could be at risk. Therefore I am educating myself and making a few dietary changes. Sunflower seeds are on the safe list. This sunflower butter is even more delicious without sugar or salt! My only complaint is that on (eagerly) opening the first container in my shipment, I was not happy to discover that the jar was only about 2/3 full. This is an expensive item and I don’t like to see empty air that we customers have to pay for. That being said, I use this sun butter sparingly to make it last a little longer =)

This is on our regular subscribe and save order for my PN/TN allergic son. Being able to this sunbutter in bulk and on schedule has saved us real money, and assured that we don't run out of a pantry staple. Every case we've gotten has been consistent quality and date range. I highly recommend!

Healthy choice Great taste easier to spread and add to things like yogurt, cottage cheese, pancake batter you can be creative,!
