this is an awsome filtration system.I use it a 90 gallon turtle tank. Red ear slider. The female is getting to be huge . She dose a big bowel movement. It clouds up the water. In a short amount of time the water is clear again. I have a fish pond. I want to get a bigger size model. And the built in uv light is a great feature also! It all so has a back flush built in to it. I haven had to use it yet.Thanks Bob.

I only gave it 3 stars based on the effectiveness of the UV capability to deal with the algae. I have 1000 gal pond and after a month there is little progress.
