The laptop I received was as described and shipped super quick. The rendering time for video editing on this machine is impressive. I think I have made a great buy.

I have been a dell user for years. My last laptop from them was junk from start to finnish. I did some research and took a chance on this product. I was astonished, this laptop is faster than anything I have ever seen. It installed itself, after about a month I upgraded to windows 11. It took 20 mins!! Now it seems faster than before the upgrade!. This laptop takes care of it's self.. If you are looking for a knock out laptop this is it..

Do not buy a computer from this company!! I spent over 2000.oo dollars on a laptop that doesn't work. I tried asking them to fix it but they said try this or that . I finally said I want another one that works but they was like no we don't do that. So, unless you want a 2000.00 dollar paper weight then I would suggest you use a different company.

This thing has all the specs I wanted at a price that was understandable. With a 2060, you don’t have to worry about running things until you want to run like MAX graphics on Cyberpunk or something (take my advice with a grain of salt since I’m fairly new to PC/laptops). The battery life is alright, but I just keep it plugged in (some things even run infinitely better while plugged in). Would definitely recommend this laptop if you have the money to spend.

Other than battery life, about 1.5 hr playing a game, I Have no complaintsThe two terabyte hard drives are great, one SSD and the other HDWith the 17" screen it is not light.
