This is my first yoga mat. I got the pink color. I was always interested in starting but wasn’t sure what yoga mat to go with or even if I would stick with yoga, so was cost conscious. My first impression was that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and thickness of this mat. I am 5’6 and have no problem at all doing everything I need to on the mat with plenty of space. I don’t slide on the mat, and it cleans so easily. It looks the same as the day I got it and I’ve used the mat everyday. I have mine on carpet, so not sure how it would work on a different surface but can imagine carpet would be the hardest surface to work on. With the exception of combinations that require all body weight on one knee, the thickness of the mat is enough to cushion and support my body. Highly recommend for a first mat. It serves its purpose and a plus is its pretty! The last thing I’ve really enjoyed is the strap it comes with. So easy to roll up and store as well as carry for class. Some other reviews have posted about a strange smell, mine did not smell. I have the pink and it hasn’t worn down or left pink marks on the carpet or at the studio I take classes at. Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great quality mat. The mat is very comfortable and it is the perfect size & thickness. I use it my gym that has cement flooring and it provides a good amount of support and cushion. It rolls up easily and the strap is easy to attach. The mat has no smell coming out of the box.

The media could not be loaded. It's a good standard yoga mat that comes in different colors. It's soft to touch and actually pretty long for any adult. It is decent and has a good strap to carry it, but it is thinner than I expected, you defiantly need something under it if you are in a hard surface.

This is a great yoga mat to get started with. It is a good size and thick enough to provide some padding between you and the floor. I actually bought this because I wanted to cut a piece of it off to use as extra padding for my knees on top of my regular yoga mat. I didn't want to cut up anything fancy with patterns or pretty designs, and wanted I something economical. This fit the bill perfectly! If you've never tried yoga, this is an inexpensive option to give it a try. It's great for pilates and other exercises too. We will use the leftover part as something to add a little cushioning for our old dog when he jumps out of the vehicle to give him a softer landing.
