Ryobi P781 One+ 18V Lithium Ion 330 Lumen Cree LED Workshop Area Light w/ USB Phone Charger (Battery Not Included / Power Tool Only)

Because of high electric bills I have gone to solar power. This light lasts up to 12 hours a day for 4 to 5 days . So just charge up your batteries . In the long run the cost will pay for itself what you pay in electric bills . This lamp is good work lamp , camping and night light . I liked them so much I bought 5 . Very bright and value for your money .

It is an awesome light. 2 settings, 1 very bright light. Perfect for anything you have to do. 1 a little dimmer but still bright enough to see without straining your eyes to see. Just needs a rechargeable battery which doesn't get drained quickly upon repeated use. No need to constantly hold on to it, you can set it down or hang it up whenever you are working on any project where you need both hands.The only con is the fact it has a push button for the on off switch. That and the plastic on top of the button have a tendency to wear out quickly with pushing the on and off button repeatedly.All in all I am enjoying the light

This is a great light for anything imaginable.. level high is bright enough to light up the room and low is bright enough to give light to a room like a huge nightlight for conserving power if you had a power outage. I tested the light on High with a 5AH fully charged battery to see how many hrs to expect on high setting and I got almost 20 hrs til the battery went dead. That is fantastic for 20 hrs of bright light, I would guess that you should get twice the hrs on the low setting. I just purchased a 9AH Ryobi copy here on Amazon for $69 which will almost double my light run time! In addition the light has a USB port for charging.. great product! Also check out Ryobi's lil inverter which will give you electric outlets simply by inserting a Ryobi 18v battery into it, it will convert the battery over to electric, Awesome!

Pros: Light-weight and fairly compact. Puts out 'right amount' of light for a workshop lantern type light.Cons: Light is a cool-white color. Not blue like a cheap 'white' LED, but ~6000k. Good for a workshop, but won't give warm light of normal lantern.This lantern puts out a good 360-degree field of usable light. The first week I had it I was running a new circuit in my garage, and had to go into the attic with the main breaker off. The lantern provided enough light to clearly see the attic, be able to rearrange my boxes, and to see what I was doing without being blinding if I glanced at the lantern directly or having to squint to make out objects. It would function similarly well outdoors at night, if used for camping, roadside repairs, etc. I'd call this 'the right amount' of light. It's not as bright as a 300 lumen directed flashlight beam would be, but for it's purposes it doesn't need to be. If you buy this expecting a lantern type light, you'll be pleased. It's better than our old Coleman was, and much lighter, and I love not having to lug a bunch of different batteries and chargers around with us when we travel.

I have several of these lights and enjoy using them. They are bright and easy to use, we lost power on Monday for several hours and these lights worked great. Further , the 18volt batteries can be used in other tools, drills, saws, ect... With hurricane season right around the corner this is a nice little back up light.

I use this in a multi purpose manner. It provides light on my bench when doing precision work, it serves as a backup for when power goes out, and makes a handy bedside lamp because it is bright and easy to operate. A battery will last for many hours even when the light is set at it's brightest.. A great acquisition for my home.

This light worked great. Just went threw a hurricane in Florida had no power for days. The battery last a long time. I will be buying more.

Lights up area well. Husband used to bbq, now that it get dark earlier. Was a gift and he really liked it

I like Ryobi products and I like this light.It lights up a shed in an autumn evening. If you position it correctly it lights up a room or shed really well. Best hung from the ceiling. Good brightness. Solid build too.Has a hanging hook and a very handy USB charger.I don't know what version of this lamp I have, but I have no issues with the charger. It works whether the lamp is on, off - or whatever.Good product, probably just a little expensive, and could be just a tad brighter, but it's still good.

Great illumination ability for any space/area. Longevity in regards to battery life is also commendable. As a work light though the all around brightness gets in the eyes. I have since sewn a quickly removable cover to blank off one side to prevent backlighting into ones eyes. This addition (white cover) has turned a very good device into an excellent work light.

Excellent light in all respects but price increased after bought first one. Bought second one at Home Depot for half the price (not on sale).
