This product does its job for those of us on gear. In my opinion it’s just as good if not better than Arimidex!! LIGHT WEIGHT

I got this because I take DIM and I like how this is mixed with the Astragin. Astragin helps (may) with absorption and is supposed to be really good for the gut microbiome. The Black pepper also greatly (may) increases absorption. This is good because DIM by itself does not absorb too well ! Now I, as a female take this to help balance my moods out and as a possible cancer preventive. Very simply said the way this is supposed to work (may) is by getting rid of the bad estrogen and leaving the good estrogen. I find with DIM that it is not uncommon at all to see a noticeable darker orange urine at times which is supposed to indicate (may) that bad estrogen was flushed out of the liver as a result of the help the DIM provided. I take my DIM with sulforaphane for max results and there are tons of videos and articles all about how that works. Now I go three days all natural and take no supplements including this one. I last took DIM on Saturday. The following Tuesday morning I had lab test after a scheduled doctor visit. So that was about 2 1/2 days of no DIM .My Estradiol (E2) was 302 pg/mL. But with my 4 days of taking DIM I do not have the extreme ups and downs with my mood all week ! And I also may be getting benefits to help prevent cancer. So I really like this supplement ! This is at the dosage I like,,, 200mgs. On the first day I normally do 300mgs or 400mgs. Then there after I do 200mgs. I like how this was made in a registered and inspected FDA facility. I like how this was made in a GMP facility as well and that it was made in the USA. My only complaint is that it 'appears' it is not third party tested. Perhaps it is but I could not find that. Other than that I really like this formula. These are easy to take and I had no bad sides. Hope this was helpful.

Unsure that this really does anything to balance estrogen levels. After using for a few years, my new doctor tested my estrogen levels and they were extremely high. I switched back to a prescription that actually works.
