I ordered these pans thinking of those trays that frozen convenience meals come in. They're absolutely perfect! No more store-bought for me--now I make a large batch of whatever my family enjoys for dinner and freeze in these. Better than the foil pans, by far. They're actually only a little more than an inch deep, and I thought it wouldn't be enough, but one pan easily feeds 2, in case you were wondering :)
