I’m still pretty new to sourdough and this kit made it way easier to get going. I like that it’s basically an all-in-one setup — I used it for making my starter, letting the dough ferment, and then proofing before baking. Everything feels well made and the packaging actually feels premium, not like random tools thrown together. I’d say it’s great for beginners/intermediate, but honestly it still makes sense for experienced bakers too since it covers the whole process and it’s the kind of stuff you’ll keep using

I haven't used this yet. I did wash the liners with mild soap and notice that there is brown stains on the liner , I believe those are caused by dye bleeding from an embroidered emblem.

Love this sourdough kit it literally has everything you need and for me to be new at the sourdough journey it has been such a great help. I would recommend this to anyone just starting out as I’ve had some success since getting all these tools. Greta quality and the literature that they send is quite helpful. So glad I got this..

The size of these bread proofing baskets are the perfect size for our family. The quality of them are Awsome and super easy to clean. The shape the dough perfectly. They function exactly as described. This was our first time ever to make sour dough. For us this was a success!!

2 baskets are better than one, plus it comes with nicely fitted linen liners PLUS a linen bread bag. I could not be more happy with this purchase. Bonus: the instructions are excellent and also has a few recipes included.

Ich bin mit dem Superbaking Sauerteig Set sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung des Gärkörbchens ist gut und das Material wirkt stabil und hochwertig. Den Bezug sollte man vor dem ersten Gebrauch unbedingt gut waschen, danach funktioniert alles problemlos. Besonders positiv ist das Rasiermesser, das sehr scharf ist und saubere Schnitte im Teig ermöglicht. Der Metallschaber ist ebenfalls praktisch, allerdings sind die Maßangaben in Inch gehalten. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Set, das sich auch hervorragend für Einsteiger eignet und alles mitbringt, was man für den Start ins Sauerteigbacken braucht.
